- Each bottle is separated by egg-crate style dividers inside the carton
- Prevents bottles from touching each other
- Absorbs shock and vibration during transit
Outer Cartons — Heavy-Duty Double-Wall Boxes
- We use double-wall corrugated cartons (also known as K=K or K=K grade cartons)
- K=K is the strongest standard corrugated board — 2 layers of kraft liner + thick fluting
- Provides maximum crush resistance and stacking strength
Pallet Options — Compliant for International Shipping
- Fumigated wooden pallets — ISPM 15 certified with IPPC stamp for export
- Plastic pallets — 100% pest-free, no fumigation needed, fully recyclable
- Both options meet customs requirements worldwide
