What If Your Order Arrives Damaged?
Despite our best efforts, sometimes things happen during transit.
If you receive damaged products:
- Take photos and a short video showing:
- The damaged bottles
- The outer carton and inner packaging
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods
- We will respond within 24 hours with a solution

Tracking & Communication
From the moment your order ships, you will receive:

We also monitor the shipment ourselves. If we see a delay or issue, we notify you immediately.
Real Example: How We Ship to You
Let’s say you order 10 cartons of perfume bottles (about 200kg).
Step 1 — We pack each carton with egg-crate dividers, seal them, and strap them to a plastic pallet.
Step 2 — We arrange sea freight (LCL) to your nearest port.
Step 3 — We send you the Bill of Lading, packing list, and commercial invoice.
Step 4 — You clear customs at your side (or we recommend a local broker).
Step 5 — Your bottles arrive safely. You open the cartons. Everything is intact.
